Join us for a week long yoga and meditation journey through the chakras.
Held at a beautiful coastal farm in southern Portugal, this week long wellness retreat will help you find balance in your life, give you a new found sense of peace and healing, and help you feed that endless wanderlust that pulls at your soul.
This retreat includes daily yoga and meditation, vegetarian meals,, 1:1 Reiki sessions, daily chakra workshops, and evening ceremonies. To help build our community prior to the retreat, we will host monthly virtual full moon ceremonies in the months leading up to the retreat. You will also be invited to join our virtual community space held on Discord, where we will share meditations, yoga flows, journal prompts and more to help you get ready for your healing retreat.
This retreat is for people who are looking for an affordable way to explore themselves and the world around them. By dedicating a week to yourself in a place of deep serenity, you will learn to become your favorite version of yourself. We will hold space for you to laugh, cry, dance, and live free as you release what no longer serves you and step into your power as a spiritual being.
This retreat will provide tangible tools and daily practices for you to use so that you can move through life in a more graceful and aligned way. We invite you to come to this retreat to dive deeper into the depths of your soul through journaling and meditation, to show up with curiosity for how to change your life in a positive way through yoga, reiki, and hypnotherapy, and to have compassion for those around you as we sit in ceremony and community together.

Cocoon is a 275 acre farm situated on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal. We’re minutes from the simple fishing village of Zambujeira do Mar, in the Alentejo region, which is known for its long stretches of untouched coastline, and charming white-washed villages. From Lisbon, we’re two hours drive south, entirely dependent on how many espressos you’ve had (from Faro, we’re slightly closer). The fabulous Praia do Cavaleiro, with it’s sandy beach, is 12 minutes drive.
This beautiful coastal farm includes a freshwater lake to swim in, farm animals to connect with, and two yoga shalas to enjoy. Cocoon boasts some of the best wellness retreats in Portugal, and you will find yourself enjoying a peaceful week here as you focus on your health and wellness. Our group will have full private access to the retreat space during our week long stay at Cocoon.

Jess Wester
Jess is a Reiki Master with a background in hypnotherapy and chakra healing and is the founder of Wanderlust Healing.
Her goal is to provide her clients tangible tools to take control over their life, and to create lasting and powerful habit change. By using hypnotherapy, she helps clients release old programming and to create the life that they truly want to live. Jess invites her clients to find and walk their path of true healing. Serving as a guide to those who struggle with finding light in their life, Jess helps clients build healthier habits, release negative mindsets, and understand how to find and follow their true purpose in this life.

Refund Policy
At Wanderlust Healing we do our best to host affordable global retreats for you to enjoy as you travel the world and explore yourself. While we wish it could all be yoga, meditation, and wellness all the time... we do need to bring in a few business logistics along the way. Please be sure to fully read through these policies prior to booking your retreat.
The $500-$700 deposit that you pay upon booking is fully refundable for up to 72 hours after booking the retreat. After 72 hours from booking, your deposit becomes NONREFUNDABLE and no deposit refunds will be given for any reason.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION
(regardless of the circumstances)
- Cancellations that take place by August 5, 2022, 100% of the funds paid will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations that take place between August 6 - September 4, 2022, 50% of the funds paid will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- If cancellation takes place after September 5, 2022, 0% of the funds paid are refundable.
The reason for this cancellation policy is because final deposits must be made to the retreat host well in advance of the event.
In the event that you cannot attend the retreat but know of someone who can take your place, you can transfer the full amount of your fees paid to the third party without penalty, on condition that we are notified promplty by both parties of this transaction and the third party completes a registration form, all required paperwork and all fees still due.
It is highly recommended for all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover their trip. If for some reason you are unable to attend your trip, your insurance may be able to refund what we do not. Most policies range from $30-$75 for US citizens.
All guests must sign a liability waiver and release prior to attending the retreat.
