Hypnosis is a powerful tool that can help you grow, recover, and heal. Hypnosis is often used for habit change, release negative thoughts/patterns, weight loss, smoking cessation, and much more. During hypnosis, your practitioner will guide you into a deep state of concentrated relaxation and connect directly with your subconscious, while allowing your conscious mind to slip off into a sleep like slumber. By using imagery, repetition, and concentration you will be transported safely into an altered state of consciousness where powerful, soul level change can be made.
During your first session we will talk in depth about your specific goal and how hypnosis can help you change your life. During each session you will be under hypnosis for 30-45 minutes. Many clients see and feel positive change after their first session, and can see lasting life change after 3-6 sessions. Each client will have a different experience based on their goals, so you may need more or less sessions to achieve your desired outcome.
During a hypnotic dreamwork session, we will work to find meaning behind one of your dreams. If you have experienced a dream that you just can't shake, that seemed so wild, or that you are just curious about, it may be a message from your subconscious.
Through hypnosis we will work to uncover the secret meaning of your dream, and what each part of it represents. It doesn't matter how much of it you remember, as long as you remember at least a single image we can work with it! This style of dreamwork does not include the practitioner telling you what your dream means, but instead involves you discovering your own meaning behind each part of the dream. Hypnotic dreamwork can help reveal messages from your subconscious which can lead you to make great changes and breakthroughs in your life. This type of work can also help alleviate symptoms of anxiety by helping you learn to escape the fantasy of the mind to tap back into reality.
During a Past Life Regression session, your subconscious mind will take you to experience something that will often lead to guidance, clarity, and healing in your current life. Belief in reincarnation is not required for a successful Past Life Regression session, all that is needed is an open mind!
During this session I will guide you into hypnosis (which feels a lot like meditation) and then we will journey through a past life that your subconscious wants you to see at this time. This type of therapy often helps you find clarity on a current issue/problem in your present life. Past life regression can also help heal fears or phobias that have an unknown cause, and can help release guilt, fear, or trauma that has carried over from a past life.
If reincarnation is not something that aligns with your beliefs, that's okay! I invite you to then look at this experience the way you would look at a book or movie that has impacted your life. Our minds learn from stories, and whether or not they are true has little effect on the lesson learned. Think of all of the story books that were read to you as a child, they were not true, but they taught you morals and lessons regardless! Q: What if I relive something scary or traumatic?
It is fully possible that you may experience trauma of a past life, however your subconscious will never show you anything that you are unable to handle at this time, and only shows you what you are ready for and what you need to see. If you do begin to have physical signs of distress (crying, shaking, pain, etc) I will suggest that you rise up above the scene that you are experiencing and to view it as an observer. This will help you to heal and release this trauma, without feeling like you are living it. Just remember, you are safe.
Q: Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No one has ever been stuck in hypnosis! It would be like getting stuck asleep... it just can't happen because eventually you always wake up. Even if I were to abandon you mid session (which I promise I won't ever do) you would either drift off into sleep and take a short nap, or you would become alert due to the absence of my voice.
Q: Is everything I see real/true?
All memories are a combination of truth, embellishment, and perception. What you experience during any type of regression therapy is what you need to see, but may not always be 100% factually accurate. Just because what you experience may not be 100% true, it is the moral of the story and the lessons learned from the experience that help aid you in healing and soul exploration.
Q: I don't believe in reincarnation, so how can I relive a past life if I don't believe in them?
That is okay if you don't believe in reincarnation, or if you just aren't sure what you believe in at this time! This type of regression therapy is for anyone who is willing open their mind to the experience. If you don't believe in past lives, I encourage you to view this session as you would view a fairytale, movie, or a book from your childhood. Most of the stories we grew up hearing in movies and books all were written to teach us a lesson, to provide a moral of the story. Regression work is the same, whatever you see and experience can help you find a new perspective on your life today, regardless of its factual accuracy. The mind is a powerful tool, and the subconscious will show you exactly what you need to see.
Q: I don't have any specific goal or questions, can I just explore?
Past life regression is a great way to explore your spiritual beliefs, discover your life purpose, and to just have a new experience. It is perfectly fine if you don't have a specific goal or question prior to your session. We can always set the intention of the session to be for you to experience what you need most at this time in your life.
