At Wanderlust Healing we do our best to host affordable global retreats for you to enjoy as you travel the world and explore yourself. While we wish it could all be yoga and meditation and wellness all the time... we have to throw in a few business logistics along the way. Please be sure to fully read through these policies prior to booking.
The $500-$700 deposit that you pay upon booking is fully refundable for up to 72 hours after booking the retreat. After 72 hours from booking, your deposit becomes NONREFUNDABLE and no deposit refunds will be given for any reason.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION
(regardless of the circumstances)
The reason for this cancellation policy is because final deposits must be made to the retreat host well in advance of the event.
In the event that you cannot attend the retreat but know of someone who can take your place, you can transfer the full amount of your fees paid to the third party without penalty, on condition that we are notified promplty by both parties of this transaction and the third party completes a registration form, all required paperwork and all fees still due.
It is highly recommended for all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover their trip. If for some reason you are unable to attend your trip, your insurance may be able to refund what we do not. Most policies range from $30-$75 for US citizens.
All guests must sign a liability waiver and release prior to attending the retreat.
