Join us for a weekend full of yoga, reiki, meditation, and community.
Held in the Mexican Caribbean, where cenotes are plenty, this Full Moon Reiki Recharge Retreat serves to provide an affordable means for women to explore away from home while grounding into their space and themselves.
This includes daily yoga and meditation, vegetarian meals, a snorkeling adventure, a cenote trip, 1:1 Reiki sessions, and personalized meditations for each guest. Integration support one week before and after the Retreat will also be guided in our group container to help foster community, curiosity, and understanding.
This Retreat is for young women who are looking for an affordable way to explore themselves and the world around them. Through connection and curiosity, we can learn to love every piece of ourselves and step into a more concentrated version to show up in the world authentically.
This retreat will provide tangible tools and practices for you to bring home and use to be able to move through triggers or situations in a more graceful, aligned way. You will release stories and judgments to molt into your newest version of yourself while cultivating a feminine empowered community of like-minded women ready to show up, shift and release.
itinerary
We will picnic under the full moon for our first evening together, allowing the moon to ground us into the weekend and create a vulnerable, authentic connection through a few full moon rituals and manifestation practices.
On the first morning, we will head to the beach for a Sunrise Vinyasa Flow, and the second day will be a Reiki and Restore class which is similar to Yin but without props and hands-on with the two Reiki healer retreat leaders in each pose.
Daily sunrise beach yoga will be guided by Eden, and the full moon and cacao ceremonies are designed to showcase your own inherent healing abilities. Each attendee will receive individual reiki healing sessions & personalized guided meditation. Each attendee will also receive a recording of their personalized guided meditation for their continued enjoyment after the retreat ends.
The group will go on a boat snorkeling adventure on the second largest coral reef in the world, and a jungle cenote excursion. Every evening there will be dinner and guided group meditation to wind down. Before and after the retreat, Eden and Jess will be holding space virtually for preparation and integration, involving journaling prompts, resources, guided meditations, and more!

Puerto Morelos, Mexico
The Retreat will be held in beautiful Puerto Morelos at a private villa. The villa is located on the beach, with an infinity pool on the property as well. Puerto Morelos is a small, safe, Caribbean fishing village nestled between the bustling tourist hubs of Cancun and Playa Del Carmen, It is 25 minutes away from the Cancun airport, and beyond the heart of Cancun in a smaller Mexican community known for its cenotes (underground natural springs). The beach is walkable for miles in either direction and has gentle waves that are even too small for surfing. A few hundred feet off the coast of Puerto Morelos is the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef (the second largest reef in the world!), which we will get to explore on the second day of the retreat.

She is known for providing tangible tools to add to your toolbelt and grounded approaches to spirituality.
She enjoys all things outdoors and has traveled to 32 countries and 47 states so far!

She is known for providing tools to help change your habits and mindset, so that you can be in control of your life.
She has also traveled to 32 countries (how serendipitious!) and is a full time nomad currently living in Mexico.
